Qualifications

• 4-year degree is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership for 30+ field-based protectors and supervise daily activities.
• Collaborate with Area and General Managers to execute company initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across field and office functions.
• Maintain field (80%) and office (20%) responsibilities and ensure safety standards.
• Develop and coach team members and build customer relationships.
