AWP Safety in North Canton, OH is seeking a Field Supervisor who will lead 30+ field-based protectors and support Area/General Managers. The role emphasizes safety, ownership, trust, and teamwork, with primary field duties 80% and office 20%.

You will develop teams, ensure safety and quality, manage training, customer relations, and schedule field activities, while pursuing ATSSA and state certifications and representing the company in client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisor experience and building teams with 20+ team members
• 4-year degree in a business-related field is a plus but not required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership for 30+ field-based crews
• Support Area Manager and General Manager in initiatives
• Collaborate with Area Staff for continuous improvement
• Maintain field (80%) and office (20%) responsibilities
• Protect safety, quality, training, engagement, and retention standards
• Develop relationships with customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities
