American Cementing LLC seeks a Field Leader I-III to guide field crews and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will mentor junior Operators, coordinate with supervisors, and provide on-site technical support during treatments while maintaining client relations and adherence to procedures.

The role requires a Class A CDL, 3 years in oilfield services, and a readiness to travel on a rotational schedule across job sites. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL required; tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of oilfield services experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work a rotational schedule.

Responsabilités

• Lead field crew and mentor Operators in Training and Operators II–IV.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with Supervisors for equipment and material readiness at job sites.
• Provide on-site technical support during treatments and monitor operations.
• Review field documents and perform inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and stop-work when unsafe conditions arise.
• Maintain customer relationships through clear communication.
