The Field Leader serves as an operational lead and technical resource for field personnel. This role is responsible for guiding Operators in Training and Operators II, III, and IV while ensuring field operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
Regular exposure to moving machinery, outdoor weather conditions, diesel fumes, chemicals, dust, and moderate to loud noise levels. Must be able to frequently lift, lower, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 65 pounds. Must be able to push and pull equipment, carts, hoses, or other objects requiring up to 100 pounds of force. Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and working at ground level for extended periods. Must be able to climb and descend ladders, steps, platforms, and equipment while maintaining balance and stability. Requires sufficient manual dexterity and fine motor coordination to operate tools, manipulate small parts, assemble and disassemble components, and perform maintenance and repair tasks. Requires the physical stamina to perform repetitive physical activities throughout the workday while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and other safety equipment. Requires visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, identify defects, and safely perform maintenance and operational tasks. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other personnel in shop, office, and field environments, as applicable.
