Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Field Leader I-III to act as an operational lead and technical resource for field personnel. You will guide Operators in Training and Operators II–IV, ensuring field operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to train juniors, and a willingness to travel extensively on a rotational schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL required; Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements preferred
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oilfield services
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors for timely site arrival and equipment readiness
• Assist in pre-job safety meetings and procedures
• Direct crew with rig-in/rig-out and setup
• Provide on-site technical support during treatments; monitor safety and efficiency
• Communicate with customer representatives and maintain client relationships
• Identify and resolve standard operational issues; escalate complex problems
• Review and approve field documentation (fuel logs, tickets, safety checklists)
• Operate heavy-duty equipment as needed
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe condition
• Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions arise
• Perform other duties to support goals
