Job summary

Ashley Furniture seeks a regional Field Leader to support licensees with training, merchandising and product assortments, partner on velocity walks, and help grow wholesale sales.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field, 3–5 years in retail sales or distribution with license/franchise experience, willingness to travel 80%, strong leadership and training delivery, plus excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of retail sales and sales management or distribution center experience, preferably in furniture retail and franchise models.
• Experience in visual merchandising, training or furniture/fulfillment operations is a plus.
• Exceptional knowledge of retail, sales and training operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing location visits to identify and support licensee in product training, merchandising and assortments.
• Support licensee new store openings and onboarding.
• Participate in operational strategy meetings to address licensee needs and improve performance.
• Ensure licensees comply with brand standards and reporting protocols.
• Foster licensee network communication and regional relationships.
• Attend Markets to introduce licensees to new products and programs.
• Participate in quarterly Licensee Sales meetings to support teams.
• Assist in supporting Tier 2-5 licensees as needed.
• Promote Ashley brand image through community involvement.
• Demonstrate core and growth values in all duties.
