Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Manager, Sales Performance to act as a field-facing partner focused on improving store execution, sales performance, and adoption of Bedding and Product Protection Programs across our retail footprint.

You’ll coach field leaders, drive metrics, and turn data into action to influence sales outcomes and customer experience at scale. This role requires extensive field engagement and collaboration with training and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in retail sales, operations, training, or business development.
• Management experience.
• Bedding or Home Furnishings experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance by partnering with retail divisions to improve Bedding & PPP metrics.
• Coach Field & Store Leadership to improve execution and adoption.
• Monitor and analyze performance to identify gaps.
• Engage the Field with field visits and reviews to align action plans with objectives.
• Reinforce training and best practices with cross-functional teams.
• Support program and tool implementation and provide field feedback.
