Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager, Sales Performance to drive Bedding & Product Protection adoption across our retail footprint. You will partner with field leaders to improve store execution, coaching, and sales metrics.

You’ll analyze performance data, lead field visits, and reinforce training to accelerate growth. This hands-on role requires 5+ years in retail and leadership, with Bedding/home furnishings experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience – Required.
• 5+ years in retail sales, operations, training, or business development – Required.
• Management experience – Required.
• Bedding or Home Furnishings experience – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bedding & PPP metrics improvements across the retail footprint, partnering with divisions.
• Coach field & store leadership to improve execution, accountability, and consistency.
• Monitor store-level sales indicators and use data to identify performance gaps and actions.
• Conduct field visits and virtual reviews to assess execution quality and align action plans with business objectives.
• Reinforce training and best practices, ensuring messages and tools support frontline execution.
• Support implementation of new sales processes and programs, bridging corporate and field teams.
