Job summary

Salt seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site execution of large-scale warehouse racking, high-density storage, and automated storage installation projects across the United States.

The role focuses on mobilization through completion, coordinating subcontractors and crews, and maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a travel-intensive environment. Per Diem and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, installation, or industrial project sites.
• Hands-on understanding of pallet/structural warehouse racking installations or similar storage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities across active construction and installation sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, installation crews, and site personnel.
• Oversee installation of pallet racking, structural racking, high-density storage systems.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and technical docs with field teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead site safety activities and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Identify risks and delays, coordinating with project teams to mitigate.
• Troubleshoot installation and construction issues with PMs and engineers.
• Manage onsite material receiving, inventory, and documentation.
• Provide progress reporting and site planning.
