Job summary

Dematic is seeking Mechanical Installers to join a growing team. You will work on diverse customer projects nationwide and be based anywhere in the continental USA, with travel to sites required 100%.

This role emphasizes safety, hands-on installation and maintenance of conveyor equipment, heavy lifting, and collaboration with site supervision. Travel will be to customer sites across the USA; candidates must have a valid driver's license and be prepared for physically demanding work in varying

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; technical degree or training preferred but not required.
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in installing and/or maintaining conveyor equipment.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Experience in conveyor system layout, component pre-assembly, header steel installation, platform and structural steel erection, conveyor installation, guard rail, rack, air piping, detailing and run-in of installed equipment.

Responsibilities

Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around.
Complete assigned Mechanical tasks within allotted time and high quality as assigned by site supervision.
Take direction from the site supervisor or foreman.
Provide support to the site supervisor and foreman.
