Azure Farms Inc in South Point, OH is seeking an Ohio Building and Maintenance Lead to oversee hands-on construction, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities.

This role combines leadership with practical field work, directing crews, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring safe, reliable buildings. You will read plans, supervise repairs, and drive readiness of tools and site.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Working leadership to direct a crew, set priorities, and ensure work is carried through to completion.
• Broad knowledge of construction principles, materials, and best practices as applied to facilities.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and mentoring to the assigned team.
• Assign and prioritize tasks, monitor progress and quality, and follow project requirements.
• Work alongside the crew and guide construction and maintenance methods and safety practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Communicate progress, material needs, and field conditions to management.
• Lead construction, repair, renovation, maintenance, and improvements across Azure facilities.
