Job summary

Azure Standard Company seeks an Ohio Building and Maintenance Lead to oversee construction, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Azure facilities in the South Point area. This hands-on leadership role guides crews, organizes labor and materials, and ensures safe, reliable facilities through hands-on participation with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks.
• Proven Working Leadership to direct a crew.
• Broad knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specs.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and mentoring to assigned team.
• Assign and prioritize tasks, monitor progress and quality.
• Work alongside the crew on construction, repair, and maintenance methods.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Read plans and scope to direct work and seek clarifications when needed.
• Ensure materials, tools, and site readiness for crews.
• Safely operate equipment and drive company vehicles as needed.
