THP Weatherization team seeks a hands-on leader to guide multiple crews on daily field operations, ensuring safety and quality on energy-efficient home projects. You will train, coach, and direct crews in Spanish and English, and act as on-site troubleshooter to keep projects on schedule.

You will verify workmanship, review documentation for accuracy, and ensure crews have tools, materials, and information needed. OSHA policies must be followed and safe practices enforced.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on weatherization, building performance, insulation, or energy efficiency work.
• Experience leading crews (Crew Leaders, Lead Technicians, Foremen) preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English; ability to train and direct teams.

Responsabilités

• Guide multiple crews with daily assignments, schedules, workflow and priorities.
• Lead on insulation, air sealing, ventilation, moisture control, and safety scopes.
• Perform field inspections and verify compliance with THP standards.
