Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an LDAR Monitoring Technician with 1 year of relevant experience to support leak detection and repair (LDAR) activities. The role offers a starting pay rate of $19.05-$22/hour DOE, with a clear career path, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.

The technician will monitor components daily for leaks, calibrate analyzers, perform maintenance, document changes, identify leaks, and support repairs at client sites while

Qualifications

• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Ability to stand 8-10+ hours daily on uneven surfaces while carrying up to 25 lbs of equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to heights up to 300 ft.
• Good hand-held device use and basic mechanical aptitude (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to worksites is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaking equipment.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify and report changes to components during monitoring.
• Identify and report new or removed components during monitoring.
• Identify AV0/AVO leaks and Open-Ended Lines (OEL).
• Support leak repair activities at customer worksites as needed.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily and equipment/vehicle inspections.
• Complete daily paperwork (job summaries, change forms, missing tags).
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings; complete trainings.
