Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) in Illinois to monitor components for leaks at client sites. The role involves learning calibrations, maintenance, and reporting changes, with safety training provided.

Position offers paid training, opportunity for pay increases in the first year, PTO, great benefits, and profit-sharing or performance bonuses. Must be able to work outdoors and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8–10+ hours on uneven ground.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to climb stairs and ladders to high heights.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe handling of equipment preferred.
• Reliable transportation to worksites required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks and emissions.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot analyzers.
• Identify report changes to components during monitoring.
• Identify and report AV/O leaks, OELs, and missing tags.
• Support leak repair activities at customer worksites.
• Complete daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and equipment inspections.
• Complete daily paperwork and attend safety meetings.
