Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. in Dallas, TX seeks a Field Technician II to perform advanced testing, inspections, and QA on concrete projects. You will support field operations by ensuring materials and methods meet specs, safety standards, and regulations.

The role includes mentoring junior technicians, reviewing project documents, layout and field engineering, RFIs, and producing as-builts. Travel up to 70% and fluent Spanish/English are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in field engineering/lay-out.
• Able to read and cross-check contract drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents.
• Perform field surveying and layout using Total Stations.
• Assist in basic layout and field engineering activities.
• Establish control lines and elevations.
• Layout foundations, decks, and embeds per contract.
• Document control and RFIs.
• Oversee Field Layout Technician I.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
