This hands-on role supports underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects alongside a crew, handling excavation tasks and operating small tools while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal applicants will have underground utility or construction experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn a skilled trade.

Qualificações

• Experience in underground utility construction or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Positive attitude with good communication and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a crew on underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Assist with excavation, site preparation, backfilling, and general construction tasks.
• Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes).
• Support installation, repair, and inspection of pipelines, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, cleanup, and jobsite support.
