Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Willingness to travel for project assignments up to two consecutive weeks.
Must pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical examination, and drug screen.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overtime, and overnight travel as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist crews with roadway construction, traffic control, pavement marking, sign installation, and other field operations.
Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and tools.
Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, sweeping, cleanup, and site preparation.
Set up and remove temporary traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and drums.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as trained.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and work zone safety standards.
Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections.
Work effectively as part of a team while supporting project deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
