Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer for Desert Pine renewable energy projects. This non-driver role supports construction and maintenance activities on solar and wind farm sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include assisting skilled trades, performing general labor, material handling, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety protocols. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation to the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial labor preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather, including extreme heat.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to the site is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks as directed.
• Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, site clean-up, and operating small hand tools and basic power tools.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and transport them to work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including disposal of debris and waste materials.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and co-workers.
• Spot equipment and heavy machinery as needed to ensure safe operation.
• Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, racking systems, or wind turbine components as instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project management.
