Job summary

Klaasmeyer Construction Company in Nashville is seeking a Laborer to support Field Operations. You will hand-dig near underground utilities, install conduit channels, and assist with site restoration.

This role requires physical stamina, dependable attendance, and attention to safety rules around equipment and utilities. Prior construction experience is preferred; valid driver's license is required; OSHA 10 and Flagger certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform sustained hard physical labor in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Hand digging around underground utilities in congested areas.
• Potholing to verify utility locations before equipment operation.
• Lay and install conduit and innerduct, including fittings and alignment.
• Backfill, compact, and restore ground surface to pre-construction condition.
• Support crew, set up traffic control, and assist throughout the day.
