Klaasmeyer Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support Field Operations in Nashville, TN. You will assist excavation and trenching, hand-dig near underground utilities, and install conduit channels while contributing to site restoration after work.

The role emphasizes physical labor, reliability, and safety, with travel locally and regionally. Training provided for the right candidate who meets the license and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform sustained hard physical labor in all weather conditions.
• 1 year of construction or general labor preferred; willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license required; OSHA 10 and Flagger certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Hand digging around underground utilities in congested areas.
• Potholing to expose utility locations before equipment gets close.
• Laying and installing conduit and innerduct, fittings and alignment.
• Backfilling, compacting, and restoring ground surface after construction.
• Spotting equipment, setting up traffic controls, and supporting the crew.
