Responsibilities include assisting welders and trades, site organization, and following Foreman directions to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, labor, or outdoor work preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to follow directions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor duties on job sites such as loading/unloading materials.
• Support welders, operators, and other trades as needed.
• Prepare sites including digging, grading, and material staging.
• Assist with equipment setup and teardown.
• Perform fire watch duties during hot work operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow foreman directions.
• Collaborate with field crews to meet daily goals.
