• Ability to demonstrate basic construction safety rules.
• Ability to work in confined spaces for long periods.

• Ability to assist crane operations as a swamper.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Prepare and be on time for shifts with proper PPE.
• Assist with daily shift validations and safety communications.
• Participate in morning tailgate safety meetings.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Assist with tool audits and equipment compliance.
• Follow Detailed Daily Work Plans and SOPs.
• Identify hazards on the job site and mitigate risks.
• Support crane operations as a swamper and assist welders.
