Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with server/appliance hardware and cabling.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and networks.
• Reliable for local transport and clear recording of asset data.

Responsibilities

• NIC moves, switches, and WAN–LAN connectivity fixes.
• Disk and storage-unit replacements and drive swaps.
• Handling logistics for shipments and RMAs.
• Coordinating facility and lab access.
• Troubleshooting ESX, Hyper-V, and Windows Server hosts.
