Qualifications

• Pursuing Associate, Bachelor, or Master degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Developing knowledge of construction materials testing principles and standards.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills.
• Must be able to lift equipment and work outdoors regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs field observation and testing with guidance from senior staff.
• Conducts routine soil, concrete, asphalt testing with increasing independence.
• Documents field conditions and testing results in field reports.
• Maintains field and laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Performs data entry and basic calculations.
• Communicates testing activities and site conditions with project teams.
