Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks; you may install OS, diagnose hardware, and configure software, while performing structured cabling and telecom work in various sites.

The position requires independence across environments—retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate—and being on-call within your territory. Achieve professional growth through exposure to new technologies and diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field IT/telecom work across multiple sites.
• Experience with OS/hardware/software setup in diverse environments.
• Certifications or extensive field experience required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within territory.
