Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you—re drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, and be on call to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Must be able to work independently across various environments.

Responsibilities
