Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with field installations, structured cabling across buildings, and on-site support for diverse environments.

You’ll work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, stay on-call within your territory, and continuously expand your IT and telecom skills on real projects.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience is preferred.
• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• On-call availability and willingness to travel within territory are required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
