Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks skilled technicians to support our national client base with hands-on IT and telecom tasks on real job sites. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and set up software, while also performing structured cabling across buildings.

The role requires working independently in diverse environments—retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate—while maintaining professionalism and readiness to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or telecom experience required, with one certification or 5+ years field experience.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must have a standard set of IT and networking tools (e.g., screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers).

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
