Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/telecom technicians for on-site work across our national client base. You will handle OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup while performing structured cabling and telecom tasks across varied sites.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining professionalism and customer focus. On-call readiness is required, with travel within the territory expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/Telecom field experience with OS, hardware, and software tasks.
• Ability to perform structured cabling and telecom work at multiple sites.
• Capable of working independently across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
