Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. You will perform OS installations, diagnose hardware, set up software, and handle structured cabling and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

This on-site role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the specified territory. You will be on-call and have opportunities to advance as you gain experience with new technologies and clients.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience (a strong plus)
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions)
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory
