Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on support across multiple GCNA locations, installing and maintaining hardware, software and peripherals. This role involves daily travel to stores, centers and distribution hubs, with on-call duties after hours as needed.

You will help set up POS, troubleshoot networks, and document assets while collaborating with the IT team to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or 2-4 years' equivalent IT Technician experience.
2-4 years of PC hardware, software and network troubleshooting in a business setting.
Willingness to obtain or currently hold IT certifications during first year.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, support and repair GCNA hardware, software and peripherals at all GCNA locations.
Travel daily to GCNA locations for installation, maintenance and user support.
Assist with setup and maintenance of the retail POS system and peripherals.
Provide network, hardware and software troubleshooting and configuration.
Maintain records and updates of assets and equipment; update work orders with status.
On-call after hours may be required; collaborate with IT team to improve support.
Maintain regular in-person attendance and model GCNA core values.
