Apex Systems at O’Hare Airport in Chicago is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist III for a 3+ month contract. You will provide hands-on technical support, diagnose issues, and perform PC imaging and data migration to restore user functionality.

Responsibilities include imaging, deployment, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with TSA and airport regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of PC migration/deployment experience.
• Experience with Mobile iOS/Android is required.
• Experience with automated imaging tools such as SCCM and Workspace One.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, data migration, Outlook configuration, and IP configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to employees.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues efficiently.
• Offer solutions, including repairs or replacements, to restore user functionality.
• Perform automated imaging, installation, and removal of PC equipment.
• Manage inventory and movement of PC equipment.
• Adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
• Maintain established processes that support TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
