Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an IT Field Operations Technician to install and support micro market technology. You will be the primary installer for kiosks and camera systems, conduct site surveys with management, and establish network connections for new locations.

You will troubleshoot connectivity with clients' firewall/IT teams, maintain cameras/DVRs, manage wireless devices, and support inventory devices across markets; lifting up to 100 pounds and working in field environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary installer for kiosks and camera systems.
• Attend site surveys with management for new accounts and conversions.
• Negotiate and establish network connections for new accounts and monitor connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network connections with clients' firewall and IT teams.
• Maintain cameras and DVR systems across markets and complete service calls.
