Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing or IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and test computer hardware.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Diagnose hardware integration issues and recommend solutions.
• Generate hardware documentation and user guides.
• Handle the shipping and receiving of hardware.
• Log inbound shipments into ERP/MRP or inventory control systems.
• Possess technical writing and communication skills.
