Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• High School diploma with additional training; 3–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs equipment; trains customers in operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on products and subsystems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions to minimize downtime and coordinates field changes.
• Works on CAC/PKI and SIPRNet related tasks and account provisioning as described.
• Travels frequently to customer sites to deliver field technician services.
