Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years with a previous construction trade.
• Advanced knowledge of electricity (high and/or low voltage).
• Hands-on/field experience in previous work.
• Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP, VoIP, etc.).
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Valid US Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute Level I installer responsibilities by following documentation.
• Handle project and service tickets with exceptional organization.
• Communicate with Project Delivery Coordinators and customers.
• Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products.
• Support team leading and mentoring of Level 1 installers.
