- Collaborate with Problem Manager to provide technical inputs for rapid resolution of systemic issues.
- Coordinate workflows, manage technical workloads, and develop team skills across field operations.
- Contribute to high-quality training materials for field personnel to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation opportunities in field ops.
- Represent ITSM on project teams to ensure field requirements are integrated into deployments.
- Build relationships with other technical leads to share best practices and align strategies.
- Escalate unresolved incidents, follow up with customers, and maintain ownership from issue to verified satisfaction.
