Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, site technology, telecom, or technology operations.
• Experience managing technology operations across a physical site, campus, industrial facility, or data center environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to operate independently as the primary technology representative for a location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology lead for the Amarillo office and data center site.
• Coordinate local site technology operations, ensuring reliable delivery of IT and telecom services.
• Support telecommunications infrastructure, connectivity, and carrier-related activities.
• Partner with infrastructure, engineering, construction, and vendor teams to support ongoing site development initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support for local technology needs, including troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution.
• Lead technology onboarding efforts for newly hired employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of technology services.
• Establish and maintain technology processes, documentation, and operational standards.
• Support network, telecommunications, endpoint, and office technology initiatives as needed.
• Act as the local liaison between site personnel and corporate technology leadership.
• Help identify opportunities for operational improvements and technology standardization as the organization grows.
