Job summary

3MD Inc. seeks a Hardware and Inventory Technician in the Seattle area to maintain inventory levels, image and deploy hardware, and support end users in the field. You will operate a company delivery truck, load/unload, and coordinate with Desktop Support to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Must pass DOT physical, criminal check, and drug screen.
• Valid, active Driver’s License and Clean MVR.
• Ability to lift items up to 70 lbs and load/unload.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory hardware, sort, unbox, scan into asset systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT equipment and peripherals.
• Image, configure and install applications for deployment prep.
• Maintain inventory levels across multiple Seattle sites.
• Transport equipment between customer sites and warehouses.
• Follow delivery routes, load the truck, and operate a commercial vehicle.
• Collaborate with Desktop Support Technicians and provide end-user support.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
