Job summary

DPR Construction, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Support professional to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. You will implement Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT field support or related experience, with an associate degree or equivalent. Networking or ITSM certs are preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT field support, networking, or systems administration experience.
• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
