Job summary

Atalnt Llc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead a crew on a large semiconductor project in North Phoenix, focusing on safe, accurate steel erection and on-schedule progress.

You will direct ironworker crews, interpret erection drawings, verify connections and brace stability, ensure bolts meet specifications, and oversee safe operation of lifts with fall protection, reporting to superintendents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an Ironworker Foreman.
• Ability to read erection drawings: piece marks, grid lines, elevations, orientation and connections.
• Experience with structural bolting and meeting tightening requirements.
• Safe operation of boom lifts and telehandlers, including reading load charts.
• Able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct ironworker crews day to day.
• Use erection drawings to ensure the right steel members are placed.
• Check connections, stability and bracing before members are released from the crane.
• Make sure bolting meets the drawings and specs.
• Oversee safe use of boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers, including fall protection.
• Report progress and issues to the superintendents.
