EZARC, Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead ironworker crews on the TSMC project in Phoenix, overseeing erection of structural steel, ensuring work meets specifications, schedule, and OSHA rules.

You will manage daily assignments, safety briefings, pre-task plans, and toolbox talks, coordinating with crane crews and the superintendent.

This full-time role requires 5+ years of steel experience, strong reading of drawings, and a proven safety record; a path to reliable career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural steel or ironworking experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and erection drawings.
• Solid knowledge of rigging, crane signaling, and steel erection methods.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices.
• Clear communication with crew, supervisors, and other trades.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate ironworker crews in daily erection work.
• Plan work assignments, sequencing, and manpower to meet the project schedule.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members. Hold the crew to clear performance standards.
• Communicate clearly with the superintendent, project manager, and other trades.
• Read and interpret erection drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
