ManpowerGroup in Eugene, OR is seeking a Solutions Service Specialist to travel between customer sites, manage inventory, and support VMI and related solutions. You will stock, organize, and replenish inventory while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and comfort working independently in an independent, customer-facing environment. Mileage reimbursement and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service, inventory management, warehouse, stocking, merchandising, manufacturing, logistics, route service, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic technology skills including Microsoft 365, email, mobile devices, and inventory applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including walking, bending, standing, stocking, and inventory replenishment.
• Steel-toe boots/shoes required.

Responsabilités

• Travel between customer locations in the Eugene area to support MSC inventory management programs.
• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, and organize products at customer sites.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure appropriate min/max stock quantities are available.
• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), vending machines, and inventory management solutions.
• Scan inventory and track daily activities using routing and mobile software.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Safely operate your vehicle between nearby customer locations while supporting daily inventory needs.
