Job summary

KLS Martin Group seeks an Inventory Support Specialist to resolve field inventory discrepancies, manage returns and loaners, and support audits across Sales and internal teams. You will process returns, perform system transactions in SAP, and verify consignment accuracy with field accounts.

Key duties include handling RGA processing, coordinating restocking, and ensuring timely documentation while maintaining compliance with HIPAA-related field inventory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of SAP and Salesforce preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily RGA processing with timely handling, documentation, and restocking.
• Investigate return discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Manage outbound/inbound loaner inventory during deployment/return cycle.
• Conduct audits for consignment closures and loaner returns, reconcile with SAP/Salesforce.
• Execute SAP transactions including returns, goods issues, and inventory adjustments.
• Create/manage orders, return orders, audit files, and related documents.
• Monitor inventory availability and expiration dates, resolve discrepancies with Sales.
• Coordinate return of expiring/noncompliant product from field accounts.
• Support control and compliance of consignment and loaner inventory.
• Maintain tidy Field Logistics work areas and adhere to safety standards.
