Job summary

Blattner is hiring a Site Inventory Specialist to support utility-scale energy projects across the United States. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track equipment, and implement site inventory plans with field and office teams.

The role involves 50% office work and 50% field work, requires outdoor stamina, and travel to job sites nationwide. A two-year degree or equivalent experience is expected, with a valid driver’s license and safety boots required.

Qualifications

• Two-year-related degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Construction experience and familiarity with solar or wind projects are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary liaison among the project team, Corporate Supply Chain department, Suppliers, and Transportation companies.
• Initiates and tracks material and equipment requisitions using Blattner systems and external portals.
• Receives, offloads, and inspects all incoming shipments and generates Receiving Reports and Delivery Exception Reports.
• Manages outgoing shipments.
• Implements and coordinates site inventory plans with Trade Superintendents; creates storage location maps and inventory lists.
• Assists the project team with additional inventory management needs.
• About 50% office/administrative work and 50% field work.
• Works outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
