Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking a Site Inventory Specialist to support equipment, materials, tools, and rigging across construction projects. You will work with the Project Team, Trade Superintendents, and the Supply Chain Dept.

to ensure timely ordering, receiving, storage, and availability for installation on schedule. A two-year related degree or equivalent experience is required, with knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two-year related degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Previous industrial or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing and material management processes.
• Knowledgeable in the use of ERP Systems.
• Proficient in Accounting (math and record-keeping).
• Ability to give presentations to groups of up to 10 people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication (oral & written) and supervisory skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Blattner Energy’s inventory management processes.
• Serve as liaison between field and Supply Chain on inventory matters.
• Train site team on purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Initiate and track material orders through ERP and supplier portals.
• Update site access documents and inventory lists.
• Coordinate deliveries and offload with drivers and crews.
• Audit materials received vs installed to support inventory plans.
• Generate inventory reports and assist with site closeout.
