Job summary

Blattner Energy, LLC is expanding its gas power generation leadership and seeks a Site Inventory Specialist to support all inventory activities for equipment, materials, tools and consumables on construction sites across projects in the United States.

You will collaborate with the Project Team, Trade Superintendents and Supply Chain to ensure timely ordering, receiving, storage, and availability of inventory to support the construction schedule.

Qualifications

• Two-year related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in industrial/commercial construction or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing and material management processes.
• ERP systems proficiency and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Effective communication and ability to present to groups up to 10 people.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory activities for equipment, materials, tools and consumables.
• Coordinate with Trade Superintendents, Field Coordinators, and Supply Chain to ensure timely ordering, receipt, storage and availability of materials.
• Generate and process requisitions, receiving reports and inventory updates.
• Schedule deliveries and liaise with transport providers and offload crews.
• Maintain site storage maps and inventory lists; support project schedules and closeout activities.
