We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Feild Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a valued SERVPRO franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with the opportunity to learn and grow.

Team Shaw is in need of an experienced Feild Inventory Specialist to support its growth initiatives and mission while maintaining a strong focus on personal and professional development.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to client homes and job sites to assess contents after damage
  
  
• Inventory items by photographing, categorizing, and documenting conditions
  
  
• Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items using SERVPRO and industry standards
  
  
• Use digital inventory software to log findings and generate reports
  
  
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
  
  
• Handle items with care and sensitivity, especially in emotionally charged situations
  
  
• Support pack-out/pack-back procedures when necessary
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Comfort working in environments affected by fire, water, mold, or debris
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  
  
• Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs)
  
  
• Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, inventory systems, and photo documentation apps
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Previous restoration, inventory, or moving experience is a plus
