Quantum Services Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a hands-on Division Manager to lead our regional field inventory audit team. You will manage daily schedules, drive audit accuracy, coach auditors, and build strong relationships with client store managers while maintaining flexibility with early starts and occasional overtime.

The role offers a 36–42 hour workweek, paid travel, and a full benefits package, with 100% paid, hands-on operational training provided by the company.

Formación

• Leadership background in retail, inventory, route operations, or similar environments.
• Valid driver’s license, active personal auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Comfort with standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in cool storage environments.
• High School Diploma/GED and reliable home Wi‑Fi for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field audit teams inside stores to conduct high-accuracy stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms and walk‑ins.
• Develop daily team schedules, track attendance, and provide ongoing hands‑on training and support for Audit Supervisors and Auditors.
• Communicate audit findings, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships with store managers after audits.
• Manage field logistics including itineraries, payroll submission, and daily audit reporting via company laptop.
